Steven Curtis Honored as a 2008 Emerging Regional Leader


CHICAGO – During the ASHE 45th Annual Conference and Technical Exhibition, Steven

Curtis, Supervisor of Power Plant & Utilities with Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio,

was recognized as the Region Five, Emerging Regional Leader Award recipient. This

prestigious award is presented to one ASHE member from each of ASHE’s ten geographic

regions for their leadership and accomplishments in the field of healthcare engineering and

facilities management.

A member of ASHE since 1994, Steven is actively involved with his local ASHE chapter helping

to enhance the field of healthcare facilities management. His work ethic, dependability and

common sense approach to handling and solving problems demonstrates their commitment to the

profession and to ASHE. As a recipient of this years’ award, Steven will be invited to attend

ASHE’s annual leadership training program and to serve as a volunteer on ASHE business

development committees which will significant impact the future of ASHE.
